Earlier this year, we implemented a flexible invoicing policy designed to decrease the number of invoices we issue to our customers.
For years, we invoiced weekly. Some clients would receive as many as five invoices a month with most being for less than $10 in total. Under our new policy, the frequency with which we send invoices will be dependent on the employer’s hiring volume with higher-volume employers receiving an invoice once a month.
