E-Verify ID Number

(Recommended) Entering your five- to seven-digit E-Verify Client Company ID will help us process your new hire quickly and correctly. It will also activate future service enhancements as they are implemented. (If you do not know your company's ID number, contact us.)

"40133" is our (Verifyi9's) E-Verify ID Number. Your E-Verify ID Number is the "Client Company ID Number" found at the top of the Memorandum of Understanding. If you do not know your ID Number, please contact us.

The company submitting the new hire(s) for verification (Hint: we and E-Verify know you by your legal business name, not your "DBA".

If your account is not "Active," please contact us. If this field is empty, you have entered an incorrect E-Verify ID Number above.

MoU Sign Date

The Memorandum of Understanding prohibits employers from verifying existing employees; meaning those who were hired before the date that the employer began participation in E-Verify. You should not submit for verification an employee whose start date was before the date below unless your organization is a federal contractor. Employers whose E-Verify account designates them as a federal contractor may verify existing employees. If this field is empty, you have entered an incorrect E-Verify ID Number above.

How to Submit Multiple New Hires
Please include the I-9 and identification documents in a single PDF file for each employee. Including ID documents is optional except when the employee presented either a US Passport or Passport Card; a Permanent Resident Card; or Employment Authorization Document (EAD, Form I-766). For those documents, include the "info page" of the passport or the front and back of the cards.
