Most important, you will not send the actual I-9 and the data entered into the form is encrypted for secure transmission. Data entered into this form is permanently deleted from our secure server after seven days.

An I-94 number (referred to on Form I-9 as a Form I-94 admission number) is an 11-digit number. Newer numbers may have a letter in the 10th position.

Enter the document number exactly as it appears on the Employment Authorization Document. Printed on the front and back of the card, the number is exactly 13 alphanumeric characters (letters and numbers). You must enter three letters followed by 10 numeric characters. No Foreign Passport Number

The Foreign Passport Number and Country are not required when the employee presents an "Arrival/Departure Record (Form I-94) with temporary I-551 stamp or refugee admission stamp (receipt)"; however, entering the information (if available) may help prevent a TNC. If the info is found in Section 1, enter it below.
